La Canastita De Laura | Taco Truck & Taquizas

La Canastita de Laura (Laura's Little Basket) is a taco food truck and taquiza caterer. They cook tacos, quesadillas, tortas and burritos fresh on the flat-top, with homemade tres leches cake for dessert. When a venue has no room for the truck, they bring a full taquiza setup instead. They cater weddings and rehearsals, corporate events, birthdays and private parties across Chicago and the suburbs.
