Halla Golla is a live gola ganda cart serving desi-style shaved ice at events across Chicago, with more than 250 events served according to the business. Golas are shaved to order and finished with colorful syrups, condensed milk and toppings, and the menu has added a spicy mango mangonada and soft serve through a partnership with Yogli Mogli.
