Fork & Graze is a boutique mobile charcuterie experience: a full-service, bottomless charcuterie bar served off a cart, where they build a custom board for each guest. Everything is 100% zabiha, and packages include 12 to 14 selections, custom boards, a custom menu sign and decor, plus charcuterie cups made to order. They specialize in intimate gatherings of 90 guests or less, from weddings, baby showers and birthdays to corporate and retail events like a Bloomingdale's makeup event and an eyewear trunk show.
