Flourish Cake Design

Flourish Cake Design is Bria Helgerson's Chicago cake studio, known for couture wedding cakes and handmade sugar flowers. Cakes feature hand-sculpted blooms, palette-knife buttercream and seasonal color palettes, made for weddings at venues like the Art Institute, the Field Museum and the Chicago Botanic Garden. Consultations are by appointment through email, and they also teach sugar flower classes and sell seasonal cake boxes.
