ECBG Cake Studio

ECBG Cake Studio, by Erin Martin, is a Chicago cake studio making wedding cakes, celebration cakes and novelty cakes: 'cake is the tradition, life is the occasion'. Their tiered wedding cakes with fresh flowers show up at weddings at venues like 167 Green and the Lyric Opera of Chicago, alongside birthday cakes and playful creations like a Frankenstein Halloween cake and a banana cake. They also host small hands-on cake classes at the studio, like a Halloween class where students frost their own cake.
