Gelatina flavors include Galleta Sponch, Gansito, Mosaico, Fresas con Crema, Piña Colada, Mazapán and Flotante by the mini dozen, and flan and chocoflan come as mini dozens or 9-inch rounds with toppings like dulce de leche, Nutella and strawberries. They also make pozole, and tamales, buñuelos and bimbuñuelos for Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays; orders need two weeks' notice and a 50% deposit.
