Cheers Balloon Bar | Balloon Decor

Cheers Balloon Bar is Kathy Kelly's balloon design studio, creating balloon backdrops, arches, organic garlands and helium bouquets across Chicago's northwest suburbs. Recent work includes baby showers with lullaby lyrics and twinkle-star themes, a Bat Mitzvah arch with soft florals and bows, birthday setups and fall porch garlands. They also offer grab-and-go birthday bundles of garlands and pillars that clients pick up, with no assembly needed.
