Blue Sapphire Coffee

Blue Sapphire Coffee is a woman-owned Chicago roaster of single-origin Indian coffee that also runs a specialty coffee cart for weddings, corporate events, baby showers and brand activations across Chicagoland. Baristas serve freshly roasted espresso drinks and handcrafted signature drinks, with personalized wedding menus. There are two carts to choose from, the original fringed-umbrella cart and the sleek Ms. Minimalist, which can carry a company's logo in place of Blue Sapphire's. The cart also pops up at Chicago markets such as Pioneer Court and the Lisle French Market.
